NEW TEAMS - START HERE

Prior to each season, the club holds a team administration meeting.  A representative from each team (coach/team admin) is required to attend this meeting.

Player/Coach Registration

• Each team must provide the Club Administrator with the names of your head coach, assistant coaches and team administrator.
  • Each team must identify a Team Administrator (usually a parent volunteer).

• All new coaches must register as Staff with the club (see the Registration & Login page).

• All new players must register with the club:
  • Create an online family account.  Once logged into your account, you must register with your team for the upcoming season (see the Registration & Login page).

• You may contact the Club Administrator or Director of Coaching to find out what the club fees are for your team and when they are due.
  • See the Team Administration>General Information page of the website for an explanation of the difference between club fees and team fees.

Team Uniforms

• Each player must order their uniform through the Soccer Village on-line ordering system. For a thorough explanation of the process, see the Members Area>Uniform Ordering page.
  • Also, a uniform swap program is available and outlined on the Members Area>Uniform Swap page.

League Registration

• CUSL team process summary:
  • Contact the CUSL Club rep and obtain your team password to the league website.
  • Enter your players and coaches into the CUSL website. Correct spelling and birthdates are very important.  See the Steps for Accessing CUSL Website document for step-by-step instructions on how to log into the site along with screen shots.
  • Once all information is entered, contact the CUSL Club rep to print your player cards and USYSA Membership Forms (you will need to pick them up).
  • Gather all required paperwork for coaches:
    • signed USYSA Membership Form (computer generated only)
    • 1x1 color picture for player card attached to player card (glued, not taped)
    • KidsSafe/Risk Management with (2) copies (generated from OSYSA website)
  • Gather all required paperwork for players:
    • CUSL roster with 2 copies
    • Signed USYSA Membership Form (computer generated only)
    • Copy of birth certificate (birth date highlighted)
    • 1x1 color picture for player card attached to player card (glued, not taped)
    • IN/KY Out of State Permission to Play Form (if applicable)
    • Medical Release Form
  • Bring all completed paperwork to the club registration meeting.
  • Teams who miss the club registration meeting will be responsible for all CUSL fines associated with incomplete or erroneous registration packages.
